The Arc of the Hill Country Spooky Halloween Saturday, is this Saturday the 18th!!

Hello Everyone!

It's time for the Halloween Dance!  We hope you will be there in your best costume!!

VOLUNTEERS are needed to help in the haunted house, and to  help in other areas.  Please come and help and have fun!!

All ages are welcome!

We are so excited about the Spooky Halloween Saturday Dance we are planning!

We will have pizza and drinks,  lots of candy and a haunted house!

We will have a costume contest so wear your best!!

Comal County Parade! This Friday the 26th

Hello Everyone,

We are so happy to say, it's Comal Country Fair & Parade time!!

For the second year, we are going to have a float in the parade.   Looks like this trailer is a little longer than last year, so 

that means more people can ride!!

Thursday night the 25th from  5:30 to 7:30 ish we are going to work on decorating the trailer.  (I know baseball is at 7:00pm, so hopefully

those wanting to go to baseball can)

We'll have some pizza and drinks for the decorators, and could use your help!

Friday morning the parade starts at 10:00 am.  so we should be there before 9:30, to be on the safe side.

We will have some water on the float, but bring a hat, umbrella or whatever  you need

to stay cool.

It looks like we are kinda in the middle of the whole parade.

Wear your Arc t-shirts for the parade !  

After the parade we will set a location so we can all meet up for lunch.

Please come help decorate and ride the float for the parade!

The Arc of the Hill Country at Landa Park this Saturday, Sept. 20, 2014!!

Hello everyone!  

Here we are, the end of summer!  

Ready for one more fun day at Landa Park?    We are!

This Saturday,  the 20th.   We will get there at 3,  games, crafts and fun.

Board meeting at 4pm

Grill is smoking at 5pm

We will have the burgers and hotdogs,  drinks too!

Will you please bring a side dish?   Chips, dips, veges, fruit, cookies!!

Whatever you want, you bring it.

Float the River this Saturday with The Arc of the Hill Country!!

Hello everyone!

It's time to float the river!!  We hope you will join us!

Please let us know if you are planning to attend!!  We need to know how many burgers,  hot dogs and drinks to buy!!

We want to be sure to have enough for you!! 

Please bring a side dish, suntan lotion (it's supposed to be in the 100's) and water accessories!

Save the date!!! August 16, 2014 ~~~ float the Guadalupe!!

Hello everyone! Here we are, summer is half gone!!   Before it's over, let's get together on the Guadalupe!    We have really enjoyed our days on the river bank, swimming in the pool and floating the river during our days at Rio Raft Resort! So much so, we're doing it again!!  We will have hamburgers and hotdogs, drinks and fun!  If you come, please bring a side dish of what ever you like most!    The more we bring, the more we have to choose from! Bring your family, stay for a while or stay all day! in order to be most cost effective, we really need a rough idea of how many burgers and hotdogs to purchase.  If you  think you will be coming, please reply to this email, or call those names on the flyer, or get in touch with an Arc officer.  We want you to come, but really want to know how many to expect to feed.  PLEASE RSVP!!   You will need to sign in at the office,  pay them the $6.00 a person, they will head you in the direction of the meeting /party  room.
