Save the date!! August 20, 2016 The Arc of the Hill Country and the Rio Raft Resort is happening!!

Hello Everyone!!

August 20, 2016 we are having a day on the Guadalupe River at the Rio Raft Resort!

We hope you will be there too!!

Save the date, you won't  want to miss it!

We will bring the hamburgers and drinks, if you will bring a side dish!

We'll have lunch then float and swim the day away!

We will really need your RSVP because we don't want to have too much or not 

enough.  If we don't know you are coming, there may not be a burger with your name

on it!   One big meal, so we can all enjoy the day and not spend it grilling burgers.

Come early, stay late,  bring the family and enjoy the beautiful resort!!

The resort charges  $6.00 per person.  Then you have access to the river, with their

tubes, and the huge swimming pool.   The acres of shaded areas to play games,

or just relax!!

The Arc of the Hill Country July event ~~~~~~~~ "Do you believe in magic" at the Brauntex Theater!! July 16, 2016!!!!!!

Happy summer Everyone!!

We hope you are enjoying your summer!!  We are,  inside with air conditioning!!

For July, we usually take a hiatus, but this year for the 3rd summer, we are working with  Wishing Star Theater Productions"!!

We are having a theater show this Saturday,  July 16, 2016 at the Brauntex Theater, downtown New Braunfels.

We will have a matinee show at  3pm,  and the evening show starts at 7pm.

The admission is only  $3.00 and we would really love to have your support and come see a show!!

The Arc of the Hill Country's Summer Splash Day is this Saturday June 18, 2016

Hello Everyone!!

We have a super soaker fun day plan for our dance this week!  

We'll have  water balloons, water guns, shaving creme and more fun than  you can shake a stick at!!

We'll have hot dogs,  snacks and more if you all bring something to share!!

Please  RSVP so we can know how many will to feed  and hope to see you there!!

Per our telephone conversation, please find attached the Special Needs STAR Athlete Sports Flyer and a separate Detailed Special Needs STAR Tennis Flyer.

We are very excited and are looking forward to offering all of these sports to ALL Special Needs/Challenged Individuals with all disabilities of all ages.

Thank you so much for sharing both of the attached documents with each Special Needs/Challenged Individual who are affiliated with the ARC of the Hill Country.

Being that each sport is free, we are hoping that each parent/guardian will bring their Special Needs/Challenged Individual out to Jumbo Sports Park to help each of them learn about the different sports.

Hello Everyone,

May day, May day!   Another school year is coming to an end!

We are so happy for all who are graduating !!  We want to celebrate you and your graduation!

We are having a Prom this month!   May 21, 2016,   same place; John Paul Catholic High School,  same time;  6 - 9 pm.   

We'll have a photo booth, food,  dancing  and  we'll name the King and Queen !    

Of course, raffles too!

If you have someone who is graduating, please let us know.   If you would like to help with this prom, we would

sure welcome your assistance!    We would like to make it a super fun night for all,  not just those graduating.
